It’s just another Rainy Monday!

Hello to everyone! I know it has been a while since my last post, I have been putting off this post because I do not know what I want to write about.  Well, I still have no idea, but a very special person told me a few minutes ago, to just keep writing and it will come to you. (WVagnet What What!) So, here we go again on mine own….. yeah I am not sure.

As the title reads, yes, it is another rainy monday.  My team and I have been joking that we might have to start building an ark… who wants to be my partner? I cant get on alone… ? Since we are talking about water and I am supposed to be talking about the Fredericksburg Area, I will talk about the Rappahannock River (which after living here for 23 I still have no idea how to spell and I had to Google it!) 

The Rappahannock River run Through Eastern Virginia and borders the City of Fredericksburg.

Fast Fact Time!

1.) Many Consider The Rappahannock Rive the boundary line between the North and The South.

2.) Bryan Penman says “Pocahontas swam in it” FALSE!!!!!

3.) Fredericksburg is located at the Fall Line of the River.

4.) Being located directly in the middle of DC (capital of the Union) and Richmond (Capital of the Confederacy) The Area has many Civil Way Battlefields, which are fun to tour.

As you can tell, because of my Fast Facts, The Rappahannok River is a beautiful and fun place to go.  You can fish, swim (but be careful), camp, or just have a picnic.  Please come on over and spend the day at the river and enjoy the city after the sun has gone down…you might see me out!

First Post!

Hello there Bloggers!

I am going to call this my first real, official Post!  Exciting right?!  As I read my Google Reader, I am always surprised by all of the articles.  All of you Bloggers out there with such great ideas, which I thought were original, until I really started to pay attention.  We, all share ideas from each other. So, I am going to give my opinion from a post that I read the other day. When did the fun die  which was posted on VARBUZZ.com.  This post was written by,  Mathew Rathbun.

 Now let me paint you a picture.  I am a newbie.  Now that we have disclosed that.  I LOVE Real Estate, so far… No really, Everyday that I wake up, I smile and say “I get to go to work!” 

I DO know, because people bring it up every-time that I tell them I am a REALTOR, that the market isn’t doing “That good”  I know that, but I have an advantage over REALTORS who have been in the business for years, I wasn’t around during the Real Estate Boom.  The speed that the market it moving today is great for me.  Because of the speed, I have time to learn how to do things… the right way, which will hopefully keep me around for years to come.  As Mathew said “Try learning something new each day, look for opportunities to do something new and, start each day as if you are in your first year.”

 Okay, that first post did not go where I wanted it to go,  but it is done.  If you have any comments, please go ahead.  I will read them all.
